How does doorstep fabric pickup & sample collection work?
After you submit your order or inquiry, our dedicated courier partner visits your address at your scheduled time slot. You simply place your dress material, lining, and any best-fitting sample blouse/kurti in our tamper-proof bag. We measure your sample with millimeter precision, stitch your new garment, and safely return both together.
Can I walk into the boutique atelier directly without booking?
Yes! Walk-ins are warmly welcomed from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 AM and 8:30 PM at our Royal Palace Arcade atelier. If you are planning a bridal trousseau or elaborate wedding lehenga consultation, booking an advance appointment ensures our head master cutter is exclusively reserved for you.
What is your standard turnaround time for stitching?
Standard delivery is 3 to 5 working days for kurtis, suits, and daily blouses. Bridal blouses with heavy hand-embroidery typically take 7 to 10 days. We also offer an Express 24-Hour Delivery service for urgent party or event emergencies.
What if the blouse or dress needs a fitting alteration?
Every stitch from Dipali Ladies Tailor is backed by our 1-Year Free Fitting Guarantee. If your body fluctuates or you prefer a tighter/looser adjustment at the bust, waist, or armhole, bring it back anytime within 365 days for complimentary adjustments.
Can you recreate a design from a photo or Pinterest / Instagram?
Absolutely! More than 60% of our orders are photo references. You can attach pictures in our inquiry form or send them via WhatsApp (+91 98765 43210). Our pattern master will analyze the neck depth, sleeve cut, and fabric fall to draft an exact replica for your body.
