When recorded digitally or on paper job cards, measurements are filed solely under an anonymous customer order code. Only our master cutters and female fitting consultants access these records to draft patterns.
Sample Garment Care
Customer sample garments are immediately tagged with a barcode tracking tag upon receipt, stored in ventilated garment bags, measured with zero-stretch tape, and returned untouched in their pristine original state.
